Commercial Inspection Pricing

Pricing starts at $300 plus $0.25 sq. ft. Commercial property inspections can take a minimum of 2 days. Each property can include different amenities based on the type, such as hotel, warehouse, office building or multi-family multiplex. With a property address, we can provide you with an accurate quote. We always honor military and senior discounts.
